TNT Motorsports Video
When I was younger, TNT Motorsports was a haven of fun, and it happened to be a 10 minute drive down the road. My family frequently rode there, and I even worked there for a few years in the late 2000s.
For some practice, I put together this short video with copyright free footage/music. The motion graphics I created myself. It was fun bringing up old memories and coming up with snappy copy for a place that I spent so much time at when younger.

Mongoose NUTS Intro
NUTS, the Notoriously Unforgiving Tournament Series, was a high energy video game tournament series. Unlike any other game tournament, it combined wrestling style intro and drama with head to head competitions with title belts on the line.
This is a short motion graphics experiment I created using one of the top competitors personas. He's a big fan of the Donkey Kong series, so I recreated some of the text graphics from Donkey Kong Bananza video game.
The Project
Pattern Animation
This is a simple After Effects project I created to learn some new, more advanced techniques and camera manipulations.

Angled Desktop Rackmount Case
I needed a desk top solution for some of my rack mounted music gear. I realized most store bought solutions where about the same price for what I could make myself, and I'd be able to make it more stylish, as well as more protective of my gear.
I came up with some plans to fit the standard rackmount size and using plywood created my own desktop rackmount case.
The Project
Digital Piano Stand
Playing piano from time to time, I wanted something more mid century modern inspired than a typical stage keyboard stand for my digital piano.
Made from solid maple. Stained with India ink with raw maple to accent the black. Platform for the digital piano is covered in a dark red felt.
The Project
Chain Chomp Cosplay
I thought it'd be a fun concept to have Chain Chomp be a crooked character that breaks down cars. So I created a helmet, giant bone wrench, and Chain Chomp's Chop Shop shirt, with track suit to pull it all together.
The Chain Chomp helmet is made out from a street light sphere, altered so I'm able to wear it securely. I installed 4 fans powered by a rechargeable battery, and ventilation ports to help with cooling. The teeth and red mouth are created with EVA foam, and for comedic effect I used 3" googly eyes. Once I got everything together, I painted and weathered the helmet and teeth for a rough, worn looking character that you wouldn't want to meet in a back alley.
